International Association for Public Participation (IAP2)

IAP2 is an international association of members who seek to promote and improve the practice of public participation in relation to individuals, governments, institutions, and other entities that affect the public interest in nations around the world. For more on IAP2 visit the IAP2 website.

The IAP2 Certificate Program in Public Participation provides practitioners at all levels with a broad-based learning experience covering all the foundations of public participation.  Based on internationally recognised IAP2 Global Learning Pathway, the training is designed to provide the fundamentals of public participation that practitioners from around the world can use to implement customised and effective programs.

In 2011, I successfully completed the IAP2 Certificate Programme Training. The Trainers were extremely knowledgeable and generous. This was a truly remarkable experience

Ros Griffiths, Social Entrepreneur

I would highly recommend IAP2 for those actively doing consultation with the public and other stakeholders. Tanya had a wealth of experience to share and the course was insightful with a lot of interaction and role playing.

Lucy Hayward-Speight, IAP2 course participant 2013

Tanya is is brilliant at what she does. She is passionate about public participation; well organised and a clear headed decision-maker. Her contribution, over many years, to the work of the other Directors of IAP2 UK/Ireland and to the establishment and growth of the Company ensured it received high quality professional attention when it was needed most. I have no hesitation in endorsing Tanya.
